The food was really good. Considering the price (which is very reasonable), I would most definitely order from here again.

I used to love this place, but they tried to cheat me today. I ordered and saw the cost of £29, then when they arrived, they tried to charge me £36. Appalling. I rang them up and they meekly explained that they had put the prices up. I paid £29. This is stupid of them because I used to get takeaway and visit the restaurant to eat with friends. I will have nothing to do with restaurant ever again.

Delivery took 1hr and 20 mins to arrive. I tried phoning to find out if they had received order and after speaking to 3 different people, they hung up on me. Normally they are much more efficient than this. Food was good though.

I very explicitly asked for 'no red or green peppers' in the food or in the garnish. However, there were green peppers in the lamb bhuna. I've ordered this before from Spicy World and don't recall peppers in the dish but it seems to me that peppers are put in everything nowadays. Should I feel aggrieved that the complementary pappadums weren't included, especially given the ghastly weather outside? I have to admit that I didn't - but then I shouldn't have been told that they would be included.
