Excellent food but the delivery driver was given the wrong address (32 instead of 34) so rang/knocked on neighbours door at 11pm....luckily no-one was home to be disturbed. I knew they wouldn't have had any visitors at the exact time I was expecting the delivery so I managed to speak to him before he gave up and left. When he showed me the info he'd been given he'd also been told the wrong phone number to contact me (again a 2 was written instead of a 4)....he said it had been the 3rd time that night he was given the wrong info!

First time I've used hungryhouse to order and though food was good I can't see why a pizza and burger took nearly 1.5hrs from initial order to delivery when the longest I've ever waited using any other means is about 30-40 minutes.

Order took over an hour to arrive. Order was completely wrong when it arrived, phoned straight away to report the error and was told they were really busy and had a new driver. Took another hour and two more phone calls to get the correct order. Nightmare!
