Food's OK. However, I have ordered twice from here and both times they have not brought the free special offer items they promise on their ordering page.

Arrived an hour and a half after placing the order... half an hour after the latest estimated time. Had to call the restaurant twice to chase up. Food was cold on arrival. Driver was rude when we relayed the complaint. Don't bother with this lot.

Food was lovely, was offered something free as well for spending a certain amount which was lovely touch but unfortunately didn't receive it!!!

I was really happy with my meal from Sully's. The food was well packaged, came at a reasonable time, was hot and tasty. The price was reasonable, and the driver was polite too. I would order from here again.

You might think I'm exaggerating a little but seriously I'm not. I thought I'd have a change of place to order my food so decided upon sullys. I ordered through hungryhouse at 9.25pm throught my card, Sully's ACCEPTED the order at 9.31pm - After an hour no food had been delivered, I rung them - they blamed hungryhouse saying that they were experiencing difficulties receiving information from the online website - hang on they ACCEPTED the order - anyhow they said it was on it's way - at 11.25pm (2hours) after ordering, a knock on the door - I answered and the driver DID NOT apologise and said - which I found amazing - I am going to have to charge you £2.50 for delivery because it's 9miles away (well don't tell hungry house you will deliver to the area if it's too far) - like hell I said it was 2 hours ago when I ordered and he just said I know, he said he was looking for the house for 30 minutes, so my food will be cold - he said no it should be still piping hot - anyhow I did not pay him which I thought was scandalous - the food was cold and things missing! No apology and we want more money - avoid!!
