My first and last experience with this restaurant. The order was placed at 7.40pm with an accepted delivery time of 8pm – 8.40pm which is fine. By 8.50pm the order still hadn’t arrived, or even left their premises.
Spoke to the manager, barely offered an apology and certainly didn’t offer any customer service with regards to an explanation why the order finally arrived at 9.15pm or any money back. The order arrived cold and I left half of the meal because of this. Totally unsatisfied! A, KT12
