Credit card surcharge AND a delivery charge is just an underhanded way of increasing the prices. Really not happy about that at all hence the poor score for value for money. Service was poor too, it arrived late (just outside the latest time quoted).
Sadly the food was a bit of a let down as well. We've ordered from here quite a bit in the past although since discovering a better Thai, we've not been back here for a while. Our usual was closed and so we thought it was a safe bet returning to Sun Singing. Oh dear. The won ton soup was horribly gelatinous and luke warm, the beef with cashew nuts was tasteless and the green curry chicken was more potato than chicken and almost as tasteless. The malaysian rolls as a starter had by far the most flavour - especially the tasty sauce it came with, so a thumbs up for that saving an awful rating on the food front. Haven't had a thai as disappointing as this in a long time, sorry :-( Roger, NW8

Very disappointed on this occasion. 2 out of 3 dishes ordered were wrongly delivered - the king prawn pineapple rice had no king prawns or pineapples and the thai beef curry was not a curry dish at all. Usually good food and service though...but with so much variety, will be trying other places now.

we waited for 2.5hrs for our food to be delivered and when the food arrived it was terrible - would never use this takeaway again.

The crispy pork won tons are great - definitely worth a try with their sweet chili dip!

Because they were so ''busy,, got charged twice for same meal.
Wondered whether they will be ,,busy'' and forget to take money if you haven't order online. Got my money back after a phone call. Naime, NW6
