Have used Super Wok for a couple of years.. Not sure if there is a new Chef/Owners, but certainly a new menu with lots of additional dishes. Order online on average 2-3 times a month. No problems when ordering to e delivered straight away, but on the couple of occasions when ordering for a set delivery time say for an hour and a half later, the food has arrived within 30 minutes. This may seem harsh, but there are several reasons why the food is ordered for a certain time.. i.e. Not being in until the required time ! Have also made the odd request in the 'Special Instructions' which have been overlooked... That said, would continue to use Super Wok as the food is excellent

The prawn crackers were a bit greasy but otherwise, the meal was very tasty and the portion was better than expected so great value for money

There was no taste in the food...I ordered chicken and mushroom and the chicken with cashew nuts and both tastes EXACTLY the same. Pretty bland. No idea what the sauce was/what it was made of. It was just gloopy. The egg fried rice was dry. The drinks came warm. The veg chow mein was again bland. There was just no flavour in the food. The wings were probably the only good part of the meal. The service was good in that the order arrived on time..and the food was well priced but I could've gotten better for the same price.

Food arrived slightly late. Was not nice at all. Most of it was very oily. Crispy duck was NOT crispy! Chicken was tough and bland. Special requests weren't catered for, i.e. I asked for black bean sauce in the chicken chow mein. They did not call, or say they wouldn't be able to fulfill the request. The best part was most definitely the diet coke and prawn crackers. Poor experience overall.

Food arrived exactly on time, was piping hot and delicious!
There were five of us, two being big guys, and we still had plenty of food left over for midnight snacks and prawn balls for breakfast! Would definitely recommend to others, and will 100% order from again. :o) Ally, HA9

ordered meal for 18.50 / 1900 arrived at 19.30 one main course was missing and we were supplied cans of coke which I did not order. On phoning Super wok to ask for correct meal we were told they could not come back but (wait for it) on my next order I would get extra portion. What next order.
