Tandoori express always provide a good service and quality food. However the lamb chops starter has now gone from 3 chops to 2. This is longer value for money. We ordered 3 portions - meaning we received the equivalent of 2 portions for the price of three. I am (well, was) a regular customer - however we will be going elsewhere for our love of lamb chops from now on!

Two meals ordered with differing results. The Chicken Tikka Balti and peshwari naan was good albeit not large. The chicken tikka masala arrived as a pink mixed colour with no flavour (morrisons microwave meals are substantially better), the pilau rice was grey and had a strange taste (concerned it was off) and plain naan was like cardboard - these second bits we would have to rate as awful. Delivery was prompt and the extras little bits were nice but at the price paid I could have had a poor curry delivered from over the road at half the price - will not be retrying Tandoori Express from the meal delivered on this occassion nor could I recommend them on the product we received.

The Chefs Specialty - Chicken tikka bindiya - was AMAZING! If you like quite sweet dishes - I cannot recommend it enough. We usually always get lamb dishes but are glad we gambled with this dish as we'll always be ordering it from now on. It's certainly not the cheapest dish at £6.95 (and does not include rice or chips etc) but it's worth every penny. Also the lamb chops starter seemed to be better than ever. My only complaint is that we ordered around £15 of stuff and usually you get a few poppadoms free. We got one.... ONE?!

The best tandoori takeaway in Leeds, for definite. The food is always of a fresh quality you would expect to experience if you bought the ingredients and made the meals yourself. The food is always delivered within the times specified and with a smile (sometimes some cheeky extra poppadoms too). Really can't complain about any aspect of Tandoori Express, I've recommended to friends and they all order regularly from there. Great service from a great tandoori, 5 stars!!

Late delivery but phoned to let us know promising free items next time by means of apologising.. this would be great if I would ever make another order which unfortunately I will never be doing. The food quality was terrible.. considerably dry and tough chicken in both main meals from being way overcooked, lamb starter was hard to chew from gristle and even more difficult to swallow.. Had to chuck the chicken away as our cats even refused to eat it and that is the real test of edible meat! all in all, very disappointed and 20 quid wasted.. Will never try it again.

Great food, well cooked and very tasty with good sized portions. There was a slight delay in delivery but they informed us and sent us complimentary popadoms and onion bhaji. Would use again.

Excellent quality food with all the little free extras, delivered pronto by a polite driver. This is definitely going to be my new go-to curry house.

Whilst the food was good, tandoori express were slightly let down by the fact that the chap delivering the order got lost. This added at least 15 minutes onto the delivery time.
