I normally love this place, generally speaking it is very good, but this time the pizza was no where near as good as usual. There were barely any toppings and the crust was so thin yet I had ordered "deep pan". I may try other places in the area next time.

We were told by a close friend to try TGF Pizza because they're one of the best brands but unfortunately it ended up being a very disappointing experience. We ordered 3 different types of pizza but they all tasted the same and the overall taste was salty.

i ordered my pizza at 7, got a phone call 5 minutes later telling me they didnt have chicken bites, only nuggets so ordered them instead. Delivery was at 7.40pm. they delivered the wrong salad. after eating the main course, i realised that they didnt send us our dessert. So called at 8.15pm to complain about the non delivery and was told it will be with me in 10 minutes. Did not arrive till we called back at 10.30pm. asked for a refund as who really wants to eat their desserts 2 and half hours after their main. was told it is not possible, which was a load of shite, but any way agreed on the dessert being delivered to us in 10 minutes which they did this time around. Food was not brilliant so taking in mind their rubbish customer service will not be ordering from there again
