Waited nearly 3 hours for delivery and was told they would take £2 off the order - told them where to stick it and they eventually delivered for free - think they should have more Saturday staff, as usually ok here :((

Overall the food for our party of ten was considered good. However the crisy duck was overcooked. Also the panckes were tucked inside with the duck, and apart from maybe not being hygenic, weren't easy to find. Hence we had to phone in. in the meanwhile our food got cold. Would use again.

My only request was for no mushrooms in the curry and guess what, yes they put mushrooms in it!!. So we had to swap round our meals so my daughter could eat with us. Not happy as second time this has happened.

I've already send a complaint email through to Hungry House ... the chicken pad thai in particular was absolute rubbish and I would like my money back. We won't be using TK kitchens again.

Good meal. Quality good, chilli beef was very good and chow mein great. Free crackers, bottle of soft drink and fortune cookies were surprising extras and well received.
