Food came in slightly warm, but still the hottest I had in Edinburgh. Brought a can of coke instead of diet coke. Delivery was very quick, delivery guy was very . Pizza taste outstanding for its temperature. Will give it another shot soon.

Can never complain about the Pizza Factoty: great pizzas, on time and great value!

We've ordered from The Pizza Factory quite a few times in the past but it had been a while - until we particularly fancied Pizza tonight and we opted for The Pizza Factory; over and above other better known outlets so we could support a local business. Baring in mind this this overall opinion is backed up by a few minor mistakes in past orders too but; On this occasion we ordered one of the deals and didn't receive our bottle of cola, one of our pizzas had mushrooms as a topping instead of spicy chicken, and we somehow ended up with an additional pizza (large with feta, olives and spinach - none of which we like or hinted at liking anyway), Also we paid and asked for two BBQ sauce and ended up one tub short.
I hope in future supporting local businesses doesn't come at cost to the consumer and I'll definitely be trying an alternative Pizzeria for future orders or giving in to the chains. V. Disappointed!

The food was good and the delivery was quick. However, we asked for no cheese or onion on the garlic bread, and there was. Also, eat here if you really, really like the taste of garlic, otherwise you'll be overwhelmed.

We ordered two meal deal/set meals and one single pizza - they did send all of the pizzas from the meal deals but must have skimmed the order and had forgotten to send the single pizza too - they did initially disbelieve the fact I said they'd forgotten a pizza from the order but I eventually convinced them and they sent someone back with the last pizza. Overall brilliant pizza, great value for money, service a little awkward as they only deliver at weekends and they made an error but it happens once in a while and it's worth giving them a chance again because as I said, good value and awesome pizza :)

Brilliant pizzas and a great value for money deal! Easy to order, swiftly accepted and delivered quickly. Will definately use this service again, will also recommend to friends and family.
