chappatti I ordered was not cooked well.it was very doughie. curry was ok nothing special.

If you cant deliver a decent chapati take it off the takeaway menu. Korma was not good, greenish colour. Biryani was very nice.

The Rose Tandoori is my favourite curry house around this area. I love their food - indeed, if it wasn't for the fact that the curries are truly the tastiest around I'd be getting my takeaways elsewhere. The service has had its problems; ranging from drivers turning up and demanding payment when we've already paid and having to wait around while they phone back to the restaurant and confirm it, to unreliable delivery times.

In fact, we were waiting nearly 2 hours for delivery yesterday. When we phoned after an hour and 20 minutes (10 minutes after the end of the estimated time), we were told that it was on its way and they were very busy. Fair enough, but it then took another 30 minutes to arrive - Hanworth is only a 5 minute drive from me, maybe 10 minutes in traffic.

It's a shame because I'm torn between the great quality of food and the diminishing level of service from The Rose. I just hope that they find a way to improve as this always seems to happen to my favourite Indian restaurants - they start out great then after 4 or more orders over the course of a couple of months they start to go down the pan and we have to move on and find a new regular. A shame - I'll be giving it some serious thought before ordering from them again, unfortunately.

Great food as always, its our second time ordering, however, on our very first order, we had extra poppadoms thrown in free of charge which made it great, however on this occasion we only were given what we ordered which is only right of course, but apart from that it was a great meal, very filling and great taste. Will definitely order again.

Just love this ordering online, such a great idea when it comes to ordering take away with family and friends, especially the option to who pays and who owes how much money to split the bill in the checkout category.

The food was great and will definitely use again at this restaurant, the service was polite at the door and packaged well to keep the meal hot and tasty. Impressed. Oh, and we got a few extra Poppadums and an Onion Salad, always a great side dish that goes perfect with the meal. Thanks for your service, will definitely use again. ;-))

It came very quickly and was very nice, would definately order from them again!

I had never used this takeaway before and was impressed by the rave reviews on HungryHouse. I went to collect and although they were running a few minutes late because they were so busy (a good sign I thought). They were very apologetic and threw in some extras to compensate.
I'd definitely use them again as the food was very fresh and the tandoori especially was generously portioned and really succulent. My Tikka Ceylon had real depth of flavour compared with many takeaway versions I've tried over the years.
