order took nearly 2 hours to arrive, food cold and had to be re-heated, so fries were inedible. I had to contact restaurant after 1 hour to confirm delivery time to be told driver had left 5 minutes prior but we still had to wait another 35 minutes for food to arrive. Highly unlikely to order from here again.

I strongly recommend this restaurant as the food is extremely tasty. I always bring my family along with me and will continue to do so. Not just the food but I'm also impressed by the standard of hygiene. Superb.

overall the food was very good, however one piece of chicken was very undercooked ( pink), luckily i saw it and didnt eat it avoiding the sour apple quickstep the next day......food was fresh and non greasy...delivery very quick.....i would use again and would recommend

Well although i must say the food is great, Out of 6 orders i have made 5 of them were wrong but when i phoned them to tell them they offered me free stuff next time i ordered, Yesterday i asked for a burger with no salad and only BBQ sauce and they sent me with 3 types of sauce one being hot and spicy which i am allergic to, When i phoned them and said i want a new one i was told and i quote " I dont care " and he put the phone down.

I had never used Chicks before. However I was massively shocked at the quality of the food. It was excellent. Brilliant! Highly recommended.
