food arrived late - expected 14:53, arrived at 15:25
overcharged - £14.47 on hungryhouse bill, but £15.47 on their printed bill given wrong pizza base - ordered THIN CURST, but got deep pan given wrong sauce - chose sweet chilli dip, piri piri dip, but got salsa instead of piri piri chicken wings taste funny, fries were soaky, everything came in slightly cold will not order their pizza/delivery again! terrible Amy, NW10

Rest assured we have now made this change to the online menu so that no one else will be inconvenienced. I have also sent you some vouchers to cover the cost of the price increase. Not impressed, the delivery took one and a half hours to arrive, and then the delivery driver wanted more money than was on the agreed order. Will not use again or recommend others to do so. Also could not praise pizzas, very mean with toppings.

The order arrived very quickly, within 25 minutes of placing my order online, however, I had paid for an item (balsamic dressing for salad) which was not received. The pizza was of a good standard.

The pizza was overdone but not quite burnt and the wrong dressing was sent for the salad.

The pizzas were pretty good but delivery took an hour instead of the 50 minutes maximum we were told and our request for extra olives was ignored. We would still use them again but we weren't overly impressed on the whole.
