only draw back is that you do not get salad or offered salad with kebabs

Ordered 2 poppadoms and these were missing from the order. All 3 drinks were different to the ones we ordered. The onion bhaji's were far too spicy, as was vegetable bhuna which wasn't as flavoursome as normal being so spicy I couldn't finishing it and having too many peas but only a few other vegetables. The chips with our other meals tasted stale also. On the plus side my nan bread tasted lovely.

Ordered veg madras and pilau rice for my vegetarian husband - received rice and a chicken tikka pizza! My lamb madras was rather horrible and tasted like it had been burnt. Poor customer service too. Not very impressed.

I very rarely bother reviewing orders so the fact that I have should be an indication of the strength of my opinions of this particular meal... The meal was delivered on time, the deliverer was courteous and the food was nice & hot. The Samosas (both meant & veg) were delicious. The chips were good. The mushroom pilau rice was perfect. The main meal (lamb tikka balti I believe) tasted fine but the quality of the meat was so poor that it was overly fatty & greasy- in fact one chunk of meet was almost entirely comprised of fat. Whilst I know that lamb is a naturally fatty meat, the inclusion of such dissatisfactory chunks can only be explained by either a lack of pride and care on the part of the restaurant or a desire to maximise profit at the cost of quality and customer satisfaction. If one of the starters had been poor this would not have been such a disappointment, but as it was the main meal it really did put a black mark against Sorrento. I shall not be ordering from them again.

The food was fine but the cheese cake was store bought and very small. Not worth it.

The pizza meals were lovely however the cheesecake was a joke, it was like a £1 asda cheesecake that had been cut into 12 and we got 2 very small pieces for £1.50.

I was very dissapointed with the quality of the lamb byriani and curry sauce. After having several 1st rate meals from sorrento in the past I was looking forward to it again. Unfortunately the rice was awful, prawns inedible, and the lamb overcooked, and the curry sauce was more like soup.

very tasty food, low prices, delivered by time it said it would be here. I would order from here again in the future

We ordered a 12 inch ham, pineapple, salami and mushroom, a 12 inch vegetarian with extra green chillies and a 12 inch garlic bread with cheese. When they arrived they telephoned. Also, when food arrived, the vegetarian was a calzone, not a pizza. My boyfriend ended up walking back to the shop for them to correct his order and they delivered the vegetarian pizza later on. However, when it arrived, it did not have fresh tomatoes on it as stipulated on the menu. However, the food from Sorrento is lovely and we will probably use them again if they are able to correct these minor mistakes.

excellent food delivery takes a while though so order half hour early before your hungry !!! excellent value for money and great meal deals
