Unfortunately, what used to be the excellent Tuscany isn't any more-the change is not for the better. Our pizzas were both OK, though only OK, and the bases which were meant to be thin-crust were at best somewhere half way between that and deep pan. Green salads were plain - mainly just lettuce - but generous and cheap; however, "two coleslaws" at £1.20 each arrived as ONE (very poor - veg almost minced and dressing almost vinegar) MINUTE tub that literally contained about two level tablespoons, plus ONE similarly tiny and equally vinegary soured cream dip.

In fairness, though, when we called to complain, they agreed to refund these immediately, and, to our surprise, instead of just refunding the card, sent a driver around with £2.50 cash, and wanting no change, so we ended up 10p up on that bit of the deal. So in summary, mediocre but OK food, initially poor but later excellent customer service!

Arrived very quickly, and tasted amazing!

 

They somehow not only managed to take my order to the wrong house, and I suspect the wrong street entirely but they also managed to get the occupants of the house to bring the order to me instead of the delivery driver!? Plus the food was pretty much stone cold when I received it, but even when it was warmed up in a microwave it was ok at best. Also the pizza was just under 13" not the 14" as advertised, I know it's only an inch but it's an inch I paid for!
I will probably not use them again after this experience, especially as I had already paid and my pizza may well have not got to me at all.

Excellent from beginning to end. No problem ordering on-line. It was simple without any complications and the pizza was delicious.

Soggy pitta and no mint yogart sauce included after asking for several.

took 3 telephone calls to turn up at the correct address. did not deliver what i orders and provided item worth 90 less and included to cans of pepsi? I would not recomend this company and will no usage again.

wrong order brought and the refused to take ownership. the guy just said to me take it or leve it but no refund.tnkfully hugrey house sorted the issue out.
