Fantastic food. The salmon sashimi was fresh and slices were generous. I also ordered the eel temaki which was tasty and filling and spicy tuna hosomaki (really tasty and spicy). Aside from the deliciousness of the meal, I loved the packaging, and the delivery man was also pleasant. Great value for money!

Now we've found UKAI we're ecstatic! The sushi was exceptional, it arrived after only 30mins on a Sunday evening and the Miso was spot on and the Tuna/Salmon are among the best we've ever received from a take-away.

Fairly decent option for sushi, especially takeaway. The miso soup arrived piping hot, despite a long lead time, and the maki were all well made with quality fish and good technique. As a white rice hater, I would prefer more options with brown rice beyond the two on the menu--why not offer all maki and nigiri with brown rice instead of white? Get with the program, Ukai, white rice is terrible for you and brown rice is the (healthy) way of the future. I will be checking back to see if there are more brown rice options, and if so, I will likely order again from Ukai.
