Pizza arrived 25 min later than the last order, was cold and burnt. On top of this, they didn't add the extra toppings we ordered and paid for. Probably just as well, with the burnt "taste of cancer" as my flatmate suggested, we wouldn't have eaten it anyway.

Ordered a Pizza and side dish. Side dish didnt arive with pizza. I called them back enquiring about the whereabouts of the sidedish, said they would send it momentarily. it never did. not even a call back. will never order from them again.

Always soooooo slow. Order pending for 40min and then over one hour waiting... But pizzas are good.

I ordered a pizza and after more than an hour I got the wrong one - something completely different, not even related to what I ordered. When I called them, they said they're willing to make a new one, or send me a free one next time I ordered. Since it was already past 23:00 I chose to get a free time next time.
Two weeks later, I called again, and they said "I'm sorry, what we said last time is no longer relevant so we cannot give you your pizza. We'd be happy to send you food, but you'd have to pay for it." I guess they don't like repeat customers much... Dor, NW5

Order was 45 minutes late but food was good, albeit a little cold.

The pizza was excellent in taste, but unfortunately did arrive a little cold. I would definitely try them again, but if the pizza arrived cold again then I wouldn't go for them a third time. They did get our drinks order wrong, which was unfortunate, but did rectify it within 20 minutes, which was appreciated.

My order arrived 25 minutes later than the latest delivery time and I had to call several times to chase it up. When it arrived it was cold, the additional pizza topping I paid for wasn't there, the base had gone chewy and the topping sloppy. Even if it was fresh from the restaurant it wouldn't have been good value for money.

Took nearly two hours to arrive. Was asked to reconfirm desert order when I rang to find out where the order was - the desert order was still not correct when it arrived.
