Usually I have no complaints from Venice, their staff are very friendly and my orders are delivered
promptly. However on this occasion I found a lot of the meat was burnt and as this was mixed with the rest of the kebab it didnt taste good at all, we actually left most of it. Jason, HU6

i like occasional salt on my meal, not a meal covered in salt. i reported this to the receptionist who got Raj to phone me, he replaced the meal with a different meal at my request but that was salty too and COLD, i phoned Raj and told him.
salt causes blood pressure and is a killer, so therefore we WILL NOT be using Venice again and neither will our friends. Malcolm, HU6

We have not ordered from here since June and will not be ordering again. Once our food arrived it was cold. My partner had the chicken kebab, it was full of grease and was awful so was not eaten.

everything was lovely it was deliverd fast only think was made alot of misstakes with the food order and brought wrong juice brought coke and i cant drink that but despite that realy enjoyed the food

We have used the online service before and have been very happy with the food and service until our recent purchase, the doner meat was hard and very greasy, so greasy it made all the fries very soggy and inedible and grease leaked through the packaging/paper. We were disappointed with this meal, The burgers were lovely though.

Good turn around time Spicy Chicken was nice HOWEVER the BOLOGNESE pizza was actually CORNED BEEF !! I d rather of had them ring so I could of opted for something different. I mean really corned beef on a pizza ! :0/

I liked it because it wasn't too greasy like alot of take aways can be in Hull. It's really improved because I ordered from here last year and it wasn't very good-they've done a good job of making it better and it was really tasty.
