Just the ticket whilst down in "rugby town". I've always loved Village Pizza, and this meal didn't disappoint. Keep up the good work. I shall return!

Pizza was ok, good portion size for what was charged. However there was a miscommunication and was asked at the door to pay when I had already paid online! Was not happy to be standing at the door debating whether or not I had paid them when I had a confirmation and invoice to say I had!

ordered a deal, it took an hour or so to come. Things went to bad and worse when the driver stood at the door for over 10 minutes trying to establish if I paid online which I had. Then I find that the garlic bread had no cheese and also sauces didn not come and I only have pizza with sauces. This was explained to them though the notes section at time of ordering and also on the phone and they said its fine no worries but clearly not the case when they delivered it.

I ordered 2 pizzas and Garlic bread for a delivery. the arrived just within delivery time which was fine. When I opened the pizzas. They were the wrong Pizzas. The store rang me up to let me know of the mistake of the pizzas. He said he will send the correct pizzas even after I said I didnt want them as they would arrive too late. I wanted a refund! He didnt understand me. The correct Pizzas arrived at 22.15. Almost 2 hours after I first ordered them. I am very upset and disappointed.
