Terribly disappointing! After waiting for over an hour for my food, the chicken stirfry tasted worse than what you would be served on an economy class flight! I also had a special request (given in my order and telephonically) that was not only ignored, but they did the opposite. I would not waste my money here again.

Order took nearly two hours to arrive. Had to telephone to chase. Poor form. Wouldn't order again.

Ordered on a Sunday night, and our food was delivered after the appointed delivery slot - taking nearly 2 hours. Needless to say it was stone cold when it arrived. The food is ok. Spicy tofu was nice, but it's not the best egg fried rice out there - lacks flavour. Never great anyway when you have to warm everything up in the microwave.

I ditched Wok Wok for another Chinese takeaway a while ago now but decided to go back as my better half wanted a chicken katsu curry. I wonder why I ever went away from Wok Wok?!
The food was great: the crispy dry shredded beef was perfect: crispy, dry, shredded and beefy(ish). Best I've had (and I've had a few, let me tell you). The pork chow mein is excellent - not too greasy and has generous helpings of pork. The katsu curry had a lovely crunch and the sauce was more than enough to drench the dish. Good solid starters as well. A wee bit stingy on the prawn crackers (but they were free so can't complain too much!). Highly recommended. I won't be changing my Chinese food supplier again in a hurry. James, SW18

When my order arrived, the driver told me I hadn't paid which I had via hungryhouse website. So,he spent 10mins on phone,so my food had to be reheated in the microwave. Won't be using Wok & Wok again.

Delivery wasn't as quick as expected but within time frame. They did leave something off my order which I had paid for - but I didn't call them about it - as delivery took an age. Food was OK - not really tasty.

Always very yummy, but a little disappointed with the generosity this time (the Thai Starter for Two was definitely not enough for two, and is not as generous as the Chinese equivalent, though is the same price). I wonder sometimes that if you order more items, they try and get away with giving you smaller portions, though this may be unfair/paranoia.
Very prompt delivery, and even received a courtesy call to double-check the requested delivery time. Never had to do this before with Wok Wok, so might be a one-off, but I did have to blast some items in microwave before eating them as they arrived luke warm, which was a shame. Will definitely use them again though, as this is the first time out of quite-a-few that it hasn't all been hot, delicious and value for money. Tom, SW11

The food was good, the service was polite. They brought the wrong order to my house, but it was all sorted easily and courteously. I imagine if I'd kicked up a fuss I would have got some kind of freebee, but I didn't. Would have been nice if they knocked something off the bill though... veg crispy duck is awesome but avoid the vegetable tempura, it doesn't travel well (not their fault, more to do with physics) its a dish that needs to be fresh and crispy, so take aways aren't good for it.

Great food but wish there was a lower minimum for delivery, you can't order for one and get it delivered.
