The hot food was in fact stone cold on arrival - probably because you use regular tin foil containers which are then put in a regular plastic bag. we had to reheat everything. We also had problems rolling up our own sushi rolls but even though we did a very bad job of rolling they did taste good LOL!

Yo! Sushi is always tasty and the delivery was on time and with friendly service. I do however feel that they are rather expensive. If they would adjust their prices, we would order/dine more often with them.

I will never order on a MOnday when they have their inhouse plate special offer as the food was obviously thrown together. Got wrong order with sauce which I requested no sauce - 2nd time this has happened phone call and they did send out a replacement and money back for Chicken Katsu but the hand rolls were all mush!

The Sushi was so bad we had to bin it. A far cry from the quality in the actual restaurant. Presentatino also looked cheap and nasty

The sushi that was delivered was fresh, and the Katsu Curry and Miso soup was delivered hot.
It was incredibly tasty and the same quality that you would get eating in-house. Fabulous. Renata, W14

The best thing that I can say is that it arrived within 5 minutes of when they said it would. After that, it is all down hill. This sushi was made so far in advance that it was really rubbery and tired. I know that YO Sushi is a bit more than most, just not worth it. Our order was packed in so tightly, that it was hard to get out of the containers and was just plain mediocre. Since the best part of YO Sushi is taking it off of the belt, take that aspect away, and it is just not worth the effort.

Food was good but service was abysmal. I was told to collect my order 30 minutes after placing it (plenty of time one would think). When I arrived (bang on time), I was told that my food wasn't ready yet, but that it would be in five minutes. Of course this wasn't the case: I actually got it fifteen minutes after that - a grand total of 50 minutes after placing my order. I know (from past experience at YO! Sushi) that it takes ten minutes to make the food I ordered. The manager was unapologetic and unsympathetic. NOT impressed.
