I always order from YOSushi, this time one of the items on my order was missing and when I called the restaurant, the lady I spoke to practically called me a liar and denied the whole incident.

The food arrived in good time, delivered by a courteous and polite driver. The sushi was of the standard you would expect from Yo!, however I was disappointed with the size of the portions. There was no more than a handful of edamame and the sashimi pieces were very small, about half the size I would normally expect. This didn't provide very good value for money at all and I will be reluctant to order from Yo! again.

Delivery arrived 30 mins later than the "absolute latest" time quoted (1hr 45mins after ordering). The store had called earlier to inform me that the delivery would be late due to an issue with one of their motorbikes but made no offer of a discount, refund or credit and the person seemed in a hurry to get rid of me. When the food arrived it was lukewarm at best. The teriyaki chicken turned out to be a few pieces of fairly bland chicken with lots of rice. The sushi rolls were somewhat better but still not great.

Delivery was 45 minutes late as the driver got lost, so rice was cold. I recieved no phone call to tell me that food was likely to be late but had to call twice to check on delievry status before it was delivered

The fact that Yo Sushi exists is proof that there is a God. That Yo Sushi delivers to my house shows that this God is benevolent. That there was more food in the packets than a resaurant -size- serving simply demonstrates how awesome Yo Sushi is. My bank manager probably disagrees though.
