After having continually bad service, quality of food and overall experience we tried again and were more than happy. Super fast delivery, delicious good and decent price. Think I have found my regular takeaway.

The Birani was very good, pilau rice fine and aloo gobi very tasty, chapatis good as always - nice and substantial. The let down (and not for the first time recently) was the chicken madras. Although it was a nice heat (slightly under spiced if anything) there was a distinct lack of chicken pieces. Those that were there were small and swamped by the gravy. The bhajis were slightly overdone but not too bad. Overall not bad but there seems to be a slight downturn in quality of late.

For the first time I have to rate less than 'Excellent'. The order took longer than usual to delivery. The steak was dry and the chips were hard. Seemed to have been cooked by a completely different chef. Definitely not the usual standard. Disappointed!

There was depth of flavour throughout each dish I ordered.
Onion Bhajis were crisp but not overcooked. Bhuna Prawn on Puree filled with flavour and not made watery through too much tomato. Tikka Massala - rich, thick and just the right heat we asked for (MADRAS HOT) Even the Dhopiaza had a depth of flavour unusual for one of the cheaper curries. Only thing to complain about was no free popadums, but I'd sacrifice those any day for the quality of curries we had here. Miles, YO32

Not a very good meal this time, I'm afraid. My chicken tikka dhansak came with a thick sauce that was quite hot but totally unidentifiable as a dhansak sauce and completely bereft of lentils. My husband's chicken tikka biryani was unpleasantly greasy and swimming in oil, as was my saag aloo and both appeared to have been reheated. My husband's onion bhajis were reheated, overcooked and totally inedible - they ended up in the bin. The only positive note about the whole meal was the poppadoms, which were fresh and delicious with the lime pickle we had ordered. On the whole very disappointing indeed and we shall not be ordering from this restaurant at any time in future.
