i ordered salt and pepper chips which are usually cooked together i was sent plain chips with a tiny pot of salt and pepper - which was very funny ! We thought are they taking the piss...was nothing like previous orders especially when i paid £35 for snack meal.

arrived on time, the tofu malayusian dish was good lots veggies and good kick although less complex than I had expected but very fresh and crunchy no complaints. Thai curry reliable. The chicken satay skewers were good quality meat nice and firm (i dont often get meat or chicken from any takeaway places as can be variable) with a yum sauce. The prawn balls were excellent - good prawns fresh batter, in fact better prawns and batter than the prawn rolls from starter menu - I would recommend getting these insetad and plenty of them! another good takeout from great local chinese, topde up with our own lime leaf-infused rice and steamed spring greens (have to try and be healthy too!)
only complaint - why have they started charging £1 delivery on all orders? ours was over £20 would appreciate a free delivery. Catherine, W12

I have ordered several times from Yum Sing but last night's meal was very disappointing. I ordered my usual tofu dish, but last night's had more bamboo shoots in it than tofu (and no mushroom which it usually has!)! It was bland and there was hardly any gravy. I have ordered this dish many times now, so I know exactly how it should look and taste.

Food came within 30 minutes of the order being placed, rice was a bit dry compared to our local shop (which has left, so we are looking for a new chinese foodshop), but overall the food was good!

I jus had a problem where i ordered king praw rolls (supposed to be 10) and when i'm about to eat my meal there was only eight of them... but all in all food was ok

I ordered my food at 12.40pm for ASAP delivery - and the order got accepted with delivery time of "ASAP (13:00 - 13:40)"...
At 14:10, I phoned them and asked about the food, and they said it would take a further 20 minutes. when I explained that the order was late, they just shouted at me, and told me to wait. Food was average, there are better sushi places out there. but nevertheless, i will not order from Yum Sing again... K, NW10

It took a little while for the food to arrive but when it did, it was good. I'd like to try more on the menu and I will be back.
