The food came in good time - hot, wrapped well against dripping, and the appetizers presented in a lovely box with a seal over the folding lid. The ribs were tender, and the spring rolls were nice and crispy, the sesame prawn toast just right. Enjoyed the king prawns with cashews and vegetables. I was surprised how generous the portions were. Will order from Yum Yum again. Thanks

Food was great, the only problem I have with this restaurant is that they don't offer free prawn crackers if you spend over x amount. A feature I find quite appealing in other takeaways. We could have paid an extra £1 and got some but after spending over £12 already it would have been nice to get something for free.

The driver didn't know the location of my house and spent 5 minutes driving around my area trying to find Spring Hill and I had to provide directions after opening up Google maps. When he finally arrived, he didn't have correct change and wouldn't offer any alternative and I had to pay £2 more than i should have done as he had insufficient change. To top this all of the can of 7up was not at all cold and had clearly never been refrigerated. This was not satisfactory for one meal costing me £14. I have been mugged off and was so tired and annoyed that I just accepted whatever was happening and ate my meal. I will never order from Yum Yum again unless offered some vouchers to make up for this terrible take away experience. Also there is nothing more frustrating than a warm fizzy drink, please in future just put the cans in the fridge. Having said all of this and re-living the frustration of Wednesday night, I can say with full confidence that the crispy beef was the best I've ever had.
