I am very disappointed with Yuzu's lack of customer care. In the Special Requests box I asked for extra ginger and soy sauce, stating I would pay cash on delivery if it cost extra. I ordered a fair bit of food; tempura prawns plus about 20 pieces of sushi, and I got barely any ginger - about an inch roll of it, and two little bottles of soy sauce. Now pickled ginger and soy sauce aren't expensive items when you order them in bulk so I don't understand why they were so stingy with it, and if price was an issue then why not let me pay for it?
This kind of ruined the meal for me as I like to have it with lots of both ginger and soy and I got barely any. This is enough for me not to use Yuzu again. The food was fine, nothing spectacular but perfactly acceptable quality. Tyra, NW5

This was our second time ordering from Yuzu and the food was even better this time. It takes a little while to arrive, as they inform you, so we just ordered with plenty of time to spare. The sushi rolls tend to come in four big pieces, with very generous amount of fresh and tasty fish in them. The salmon skin here is actually the best I've had and everything else was very good. Nicely presented, good amounts of soy sauce and ginger. My brother enjoyed his noodles and the dumplings were excellent too. Nice delivery man to boot. So far, so good.

Arrived 1:30 hours after ordering, with no soya sauce (???), bad quality wasabi, the extra sauce cup that came with starter was empty cause the sauce had leaked and soaked everything else during transport. Absolutely appalling.

If I had not had a number of good orders from Yuzu before I probably wouldn't go back based on this one. They must have been having an off night. Agedashi tofu was not crisp and had no dipping sauce; miso aubergine lacked usual intensity of flavour; and spinach texture wasn't quite right, with lots of stalks and mean quantity of sauce. Other items were ok.

Food was excellent as always, just one thing that I'd really to highlight is that the state of the food when they arrived in is appalling, it wasn't the first time that the boxes arrived all squashed, broken and sauce everywhere, and the driver was not very nice either! Can you please ask your driver to be more careful next time, it's been many times that our food arrived in a very bad condition.

If i could afford to I would eat from Yuzu every night. If you try it you will realise how other sushi take-aways pales in comparison. We usually go for starter because the Yuzu Avacado Rolls are amazing I am craving them just writing about it, and the Chicken Teriyaki looks incredible. We used to love our chinese take-aways but once you try Yuzu you will never go back, so flavoursome, fresh and don't leave you bloated and tired.
Delivery is always faster than expected. I cannot say enough, you HAVE to try it I have recommended it to everybody I know and Yuzu has since got many more regular worshippers!!! Prices are very good for fresh sushi especially when you compare the quality and cost of High Street Sushi resteraunts. TRY IT TRY IT TRY IT. John, N6

The quality of the food was pretty decent, and the delivery speed was fine. Was slightly disappointed about the size of some of the portions for the price though.
