Absolutely awful, delivered half the wrong dishes so half my order I didnt eat because I don't like the replacements, didn't answer the phone when I tried to call them. Food was horrid as well, spices just seemed off, didn't taste how I expected it at all, was mainly oil, we couldn't finish the meal ended up in the bin... and WE NEVER do that! Hugely disappointed. Will not use again.

after orderin the food it took 2 and a half hours for it to be delivered and not as much as an sorry or any form of an appology from anyone

it is the 2nd time i have been to zamzam and the second time they have firstly got my order near completely wrong, i was given choclate fudge cake when i ordered strawberry cheesecake, mint sauce and not churney, pepsi, not lilt, on this particular order my popadoms were missing as were my sauces. bad communication and poorly serviced. the second order also took a long time to get here. not a happy customer.

The food is not the best I have eaten of a Coventry takeway. THey also forgot to give one naan bread that was part of the order. Would not order again.
