food was missing from the order - rang 3 times to ask them to send it out. on the 2nd time they tried the "let me just check" and put the phone down on me. the 3rd time they where very rude. and hour and a half after the rest of the food arrived the missing order was delivered. will never be using them again

Terrible customer service waited over 2 hours to receive the food. It was cold when we received it, it didn't get delivered to our door, had to go an meet the person delivering it because he couldn't find our flat, he was exceptionally rude and didn't apologise for the delay
