Food arrived after allotted time and cold. Pizza was mediocre at best. I chose a thin base and a deep pan but received 2 deep pan pizzas. The bottle of 7UP was replaced with 3 cans instead. The meat feast pizza wasn't so much a feast, had a limited amount of meat and cheese was burnt. Garlic bread was soggy, almost wet and not at all enjoyable. The chicken was extremely greasy even for a fast food place. Order also took quite a while to arrive.

The salad we order was missing a dressing, such a shame on a otherwise brilliant salad. Pizza was fab, we order the medium one and it was the perfect size!

They delivery very quickly which is why I order from here (usually within 30min). The pizza is good, but they keep delivering the wrong drinks which is a pit puzzling.

The food was delivered a half hour after the latest delivery time (and 1.5 hours after the order was accepted at the restaurant). I called twice as I was famished, and was told "the driver should be there in a few minutes" which wasn't the case. The pizaa was cold and we were quite unhappy with it. I've ordered here lots of times before, and I will order again, I just hope we get a better service (and hot food) the next time.

First time I have used this takeaway - won't be using again, food arrived after estimated and was only just warm and mediocre at best. Had to contact takeaway to find out when food would be delivered.

The meal came on time. the delivery man was polite and checked it was myself that ordered the meal, as it was paid for by debit card.. my son enjoyed his pizza.. it was good value for money. i would from here again..

This is the second time I have ordered from American Hot Pizza and both times have been disappointing. I thought I'd give them a second chance but boy was that a mistake! The food is nothing to write home about and on both occasions my order took over an hour and a half when 35 mins was quoted. The orders arrived so cold they required reheating and with full fat pepsi instead of diet coke. To top it all off, their payment system is a disaster as the delivery guy demanded payment on both orders even though I had paid over the internet. He made a big deal about it and made out like I was ripping him off but he was doing me a favour by leaving without payment.
