I ordered the food at 8.55pm and turned up at 10.30pm even though it's only 10 minutes away. when we called at 9.40pm, we were told the delivery guy just left to deliver to us. we called back at 10.15pm and were told they don't deliver to our postcode but then was told again the delivery guy left. when food finally finally turned up at 10.30pm i told the delivery guy that we've never waited this long. he said the original guy broke down so he had to pick up the food then deliver to us. food was piping hot by the way so which means, he was not being honest...
the ketchup was about a teaspoon worth. Griller, if you are reading this, keep your customer informed of any delays etc and do not lie and if you are, please come up with something original... WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Z, RM9

The food was really nice. We had to reheat the chips and we did wait until the outer limit of the time they gave us, but when it did turn up was very tasty.

I have ordered twice now from Griller, first order came with wrong drink and stale doughnut and also not griller chips but normal fries. I stupidly gave them a second chance last night and i wish i never, they forgot my can of drink , also no dips this time, food was cold, also gave be rice instead of chips! I kept trying to ring them it was 15 mins before they closed, well they just kept putting the phone down or it would answer and it would say i was on hold before the phone went dead.

Food cold, Items missing from order. Im not usually one to complain but i think this is the worst takeaway experience i have ever had and believe me i have had lots.

Had a bad one from this lot tonight, was late, not hot, and not entirely what i ordered.
Called them after 25 mins past latest delivery time. They told me that the driver had gone to Rush Green first before me although I live in between the two. When driver got here there was a 5 minute muck about at the door where there was confusion from the driver who wasn't sure how we'd paid which took a call back to the shop to sort out. after warming up some of the food in the microwave, we disocvered that although we ordered two types of desert, we just got two orderds of the same. Food was tasty as always but will prob give them a miss for a while before we order from here again. They've let themselves down tonight. Joe, RM9

well there was no downside to this order everything was perfect not only a bit healthier but tasy the peri peri chicken is outstanding delivery was a bit late i called the store and they sounded very busy so we can let that one go.

well i sent this email as a complaint however i can kill two birds with one stone so here goes
hi we made this order earlier not much of a complaint as we have eaten the meal. as we were starving. but the chips were cold i had to warm them because the kids may have attacked me if i sent their food back, and they forgot to send the masala rice with the half chicken. also i asked for 4 cans of fanta and a can of pepsi and i got 4 cans of miranda. not much i can do as we have eaten the evidence i suppose but i still felt the need to have a moan. please inform the shop of their shoddyness thanks ronald johnston however i fully beleive in second chances so i will give them another go Ronald, RM8

we have ordered from griller a while ago and to be honest it was a terrible service food was late half of it was missing we argued with the manager and he said it would never happen again and on this order everything was perfect for lovely hot fresh and delived on time
