This is a funny one, because the food was good, but it wasnt entirely what we ordered. We asked for shami kebabs and received sikh kebabs. We ordered a can of coke but received a pepsi. We ordered a turkish donner and a mixed donner, hoping to receive salad as standard, yet one came without? Mixed results.

I am not statisfied with service coz I ordered food at 2 pm and it had to b delivered at 3.30 but I get recvd food at 5.30 and it was cold as well

When the food did get to our house it was half hour late and cold

As good as always; we occaisonally try others but we invariably return to Kebab Ranch. First rate for flavour :)

Prompt and courteous delivery service

I enjoyed the meal to a certain degree but found the kebab cold, tasteless and too chunky. Apart from that the rest of the meal was ok apart from the veg dish, aloo ghobi and keema naan which was very good though.

This was very poor, probably the worse i have ever had anywhere.

For starters, they did not send the tub of Coleslaw that I should have had been given. Not a great issue I know, but it was included in the price and should have been there.

The coating on the chicken as hard and burned in places where it had been placed direct on the warmer plate/cabinet and kept for far too long holding.

The chicken itself was dry. And mostly inedible - no one liked it and it was binned.

The chips were very overcooked, and were left so long between cooking and delivery that they had become soft and inedible. Binned.

A total waste of money and I will never use this place again.
