The food was good for value just cold because the driver got lost. Would order again hopefully :)

Pretty appalling service. Rang to confirm address was OK. Staff member who took order was very polite and helpful. However, there was a discrepancy between what we ordered and what the restaurant saw. The order confirmation specified all the items however the restaurant did not have a record of this. We were told it would be added to he order and they will take it up with hungry house. However when the order arrived the item was missing. Delivery driver said he didn't know anything. Rang restaurant, no answer! Overall a very bad first experience with hungry house. Doubt I would use again. To top it off the food was cold and not very good.

ALL OF THE FOOD WAS COLD WHEN IT ARRIVED, THE RICE AND POTATOE WEDGES WERE TASTELESS AS WELL AS COLD, THE KEBABS WERE INDEDIBLE AS OVERCOOKED, HARD AND COLD. WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS TAKEAWAY AGAIN.

Super nice staff, fresh food, flavorsome. Only bad things were the fries. They were ok, but not done. But that seems normal in England. Will definitely go back to this place!!

We ordered chicken kebabs, we got lamb! We ordered garlic mayonnaise, we got nothing! We ordered Pepsi, we got coke! We phoned them to complain, we got people who didn't speak English!

Level of service is fair because you estimated that the delivery would arrive at 17:55pm but was only delivered an hour later.

Arrived on time and food was ok. Just be sure you really like spicy food when you ask for their chillie sauce.
