Hi, for the second time in a row items from our order was missing. The first time - about a month ago - the shop assistant was insistant that we did not order the item, albeit it was clearly in the order and I had to ask him serveral times to check their system. Finally he did and deivered it about 30 min later. Yesterday - again, an item missing. When we called back they were said "no you did not order it" and again, I had to ask them to check their system and finally it was delivered. I raised the fact that the food is now cold waiting for it, and whether they will compensate for the missing delivery and cold food - to which they said no. Very disappointing, esp. as their food is pretty tasty.

The hot and sour soup and spring rolls were tasty. So too was the beef in black bean. Chicken satay was diff to what I expected and cooked in peanut sauce - too sweet

I ordered a set meal from Long River and it was delicious! They arrived bang on time, the food was nice and hot still, and it was extremely tasty. I really enjoyed it.

Never order from these guys before but they were the only local Chinese on the hungry house app. They turned out to be pretty good. I will order from them again

Got my order wrong. I ordered beef and they sent me chicken... Seaweed was good but prawn crackers were terrible and went in the bin! Delivery time was only half an hour but maybe that's because they don't have much business?!

I've ordered from Long River previously & it was lovely. Unfortunately the meal was rather bland this time around.
