It was okay, the burrito was Ace, but the chilli nachos was chewy instead of chrispy which made the meal okay in all. I think it was just the way the order was delivered in a polythene box, which means the condensation on the ride to my house halved the life span of the nachos making them chewy. So may want to try protecting the nachos by using a different box or add a put your nachos together option. So you get the chilli, cheese and nachos separately, tah dah not soggy and chrisp fresh.

Dislike! Bland, tasteless, hardly any meat content therefore padded out with rice and beans. On top of that - they didnt fulfill our order! They failed to add salsa as our optional extra when prompted.

The service was fast and efficient but the food was terrible
Burritos -Just about edible - Really dry and was like eating spicy cardboard. Had to throw most of it away and eat some cereals just to fill up. Such a shame will not be eating from here again. Androulla, SW17

Said melted cheese and couldn't taste any at all, very dry, cheap chicken, luke warm, not particularly tasty. Worst Mexican I've had.

Excellent Burritos (we like the so-cal) and usually, great coxhina. This time, the chap telephoned and explained they were out of the latter, happily adjusted the order, and delivered, as usual, well within time. The service we've had from Mexican fresh has been great, and the nachos alone were worth it, Nice chips too. Great take-out.

The food took 2 hours to arrive, well past the advised delivery time with no word about the delay communicated from the restaurant. I called up approximately 6 times to check the when the food would arrive and was continually cut off by the operator after getting through and being put on 'hold'. When I finally did get to speak to someone I was told 10 minutes maximum- it took another 30. When the food finally did arrive it was cold. Disappointing for a Saturday night in.

The order arrived without my side order,I called to find out where it was, and was told they had run out and had tried to contact me,I hadn't received any calls whatsoever.I requested a refund and was told they would just discount my next order, quite presumptuous, as there's no guarantee I will like the food and order again. So he promised to call hungry house and organise a refund.I never heard from him. More then that sadly the good left much to be desired, large burrito great size, filled with meat and rice, but no sign at all of melted cheese, guacamole and sour cheese, so it was very bland and dry. Such a let down.

The food is delicious, although a little expensive. But totally worthy it! Best nachos I've ever had.

I ordered a vegetarian pico de gallo quesadilla, which came with tortilla chips and dips in the same box. Half way through my food and I found chicken bites with the chips. I was shocked as I was so worried that I may have consumed some chicken in my quesadilla. I had to throw half of my food away.
I also ordered a portion of tortilla chips, half of them weren't cooked! They were still the triangular shaped corn chips that had not been deep friend properly. Extremely disappointing and will never order from them again. I, SW4
