All salads, soups and breakfasts are assembled fresh each morning. The fresher they are, the better they taste and the better they are for you.

For example...

"Our real roast chicken is just what it says it is. From a small family farm in Essex. Roasted whole on the bone in conventional ovens in East London – not steamed, not vacuum cooked, not painted with fake grill stripes. Just like you would at home. Nothing is added. Only the bones are taken away. (And they are used to make the real chicken stock for our real gourmet soups.) It is a natural fresh product. It is real good food fast.

We don’t know anyone else who can claim the same. Water, preservatives and other additives can make up more than 10% of commercial cooked chicken. Vacuum cooking can add 2 week shelf life. Yes it is cheaper, but do you really want to eat it? Thought not. Next time you’re buying away from Chop’d, why not ask them what’s really in their chicken?"
