I ordered a lasagne and received a veggie lasagne. Sauce was just tomatoes and some small pieces of veg randomly thrown in there, no seasoning-no taste. I was so hungry and so didnt call to get it replaced for a meat lasagne and ultimatly threw most of it away. I will never get anything from here again.

The food took an hour and half to arrive, they sent the wrong food, 1 x lasagne and 1 x spaghetti instead of 2 x spaghetti. Very disappointed.

Food was cold when it arrived, and the delivery man did not have a mobile phone on him to call the number given to him when it arrived.

Good food but probably could explain in brief what food they have. Lasagne was ordered. No idea if it was beef or veg or something else. Turned out to be beef. Had to chuck in the bin as I am a vegetarian. Cant blame them I shouldve checked by calling them but Im a lazy person and isnt that why HUNGRY HOUSE is there for? Making it easy to order?

Food was late by 15 mins, the flavour of ice cream we wanted was not in stock, and once the food finally arrived it was rather lukewarm and very quickly went cold. Nachos were cold and soggy with a texture like cardboard, and the rest of the Tex Mex platter was looking very soggy and sorry for itself.
Somewhat edible, and mostly eaten because we were hungry and had waited quite some time for it, didn't see much point in complaining. Was told lateness was due to 'a high number of orders' this evening, this should not be an issue for a decent restaurant on a Tuesday night. Rachel, KT1

We ordered a pizza and two bbq wings. They called to say that the were out of bbq wings and gave us chicken strips with 2 free bbq sauces. The food was good and delivery was quick.

The pizza, the garlic bread, and chicken wings were fine. The salad was ok, but could of been drained of water more. The Tennasee cake and the banoffy one were bascially the same cake, and one has the extra banana layer in it, this was not properley described on the menu. I thought I was having two completely different desserts. Also it is very dissapointing to find they do not have the flavour ice cream, you want. Supply needs to meet demand. I give 7 out of 10

The stuffed jalapenos are really nice as are the mozarella sticks. The pizzas are tasty with good toppings which makes this a great place to order decent food at very good value.

Nicest pizza I've had for years but wish we could have had 5 toppings with it for an extra charge instead of being limited to the 3 toppings on offer
