I give the pizza 5 * but the potato skins were inedible, barely cooked, anaemic things I have ever seen. Couldn't eat them. Pizza however was good and I enjoyed it- but I don't think I can get over the potato skins sadly.....

Always good. A safe pair of hands with a pizza. Good base and plenty of toppings.

Pizza was delivered on time and piping hot, although they forgot one of my toppings.

I am in complete shock right now with the abhorent level of "customer service" I just received from a very angry man (assuming this is the new owner or manager as the people here used to be very cordial?) We ordered two pizzas tonight to be delivered like we always do-and when they did not arrive we calmly called to follow up and literally only got the words "Hi we ordered a few pizzas awhile ago and have not yet received them" and were then cut off by a loud angry man on the other end saying that he had been calling us to tell us to come pick up our pizzas (we have no record of receiving any calls). When I asked why he was yelling at me he launched into an angry tirade about me using the Hungry House service instead of calling the restaurant directly for orders. These pizzas "would now have to be thrown in the bin and remade" Well, yeah...mix-ups happen when you run a business... you don't scream at your customers and berate them over the phone when it is apparent that we had no idea that we were expected to pick up our pizzas. Being treated this disrespectfully is so upsetting and very disappointing. No one deserves to be berated like that over a couple of pizzas. To our knowledge we had requested delivery. The last time we ordered from them directly over the phone the prices listed on their website were less than the prices we were being quoted over the phone and when I inquired about this, they simply said "New Owners". So, I'm guessing that's the problem? We used to love getting Pizza from Davinci, but it's not the same friendly pizza place it used to be. So beware that they might yell at you over the phone for using hungry house instead of calling them directly (why are they using this service then???) On the bright side, we just received our pizzas- Let's hope they didn't get dropped on the floor before being boxed up!

First time ordering from Pizza Da Vinci. Supreme arrived hot, lots of toppings, slightly greasy but overall pretty yummy. Would order from here again.
