Took almost an hour and a half to arrive. When phoned to enquire whereabouts they deliberately attempted to mislead us we do not appreciate this sort of behaviour. Food was cold and bland. A very disappointing experience. We will not re-order from these people under any circumstances.

The Wednesday deal was good value for money - a big tub of Ben & Jerry's, pizza & garlic bread. We had a 'classic' pizza that was supposed to have sausage on it, but it turned up with what looked like squares of pink processed ham. Tasted alright though! Would be nice to add a drink to the deal...

ordered for the 3rd and final time from Pizza Hot 4 You
1 large hawaiian pizza (deep pan with tomato sauce) 6 pieces of chicken wings 4 pieces of garlic bread bottle of soft drink (coca-cola) Pizza was a medium pizza. I know this having ordered a few times before. Not enough cheese. Chicken wings came in a sealed box container. Were soggy and all stuck together. The breadcrumbs were too thick resulting in a thick goo that tasted awful. The spice was over powering simply because it had not been cooked long enough. I did not order spicy in the first place. Garlic bread didn't taste of garlic whats so ever. It had cooked from frozen to point it was a dry as piece of cardboard. Then put in a heat seal bag only to turn up soggy. Cola tasted fine. As usually the driver was friendly and always makes the effort. Very pleasant. But the food was finally enough for me to never order from them again. I waited quite a long time for very very poor food and most ended up in the bin as i refused to eat it. Take aways like this should concentrate on the quality of the products when in a recession. People are happy to pay for a take away. Just not willing to pay for a bad experience. Its a pity there is no refund. Id most certainly welcome some sort of compensation for the utter crap that was delivered to my home. Wesley, SE9

2nd Experience with Pizza Hot 4 You, Could be my last.
Ordered the Med pizza and Large pizza deal with a portion of ribs also. Delivery was on time as scheduled. Delivery driver was very nice as usual. He took a genuine interest in me. Seems like a nice man. Large pizza was with pepperoni. It was slightly burnt on the edges making it extra dry and crunchy. Setting at a lower temp can avoid this from happening. Or even brushing water on to the edges as they do in Italy when cooking thin crust pizzas. Pepperoni was under a sheet of cheese and cut into pieces rather than slices. Obviously they do this because it burns to easy. The pepperoni pizza i like is when the slices are on top. The oils from the sausage release and mix with the cheese and the bread. So this was dissapointing. Med Pizza was a regular margherita deep pan. Covered with cheese. The tomato sauce tasted slightly bitter. Maybe its old. Some dried oregano would not go a miss on such a basic pizza. No herbs. No garlic. No flavour. The ribs were covered in so much barbecue sauce they actually tasted sweet. The thing with packaged bought in sauces is they need to be cooked out. SO many people think there ready to go. They need to reach a certain heat to qualify as a cooked. So my ribs tasted sweet. The box they arrived in essentially steamed them. Its shame as the ribs worked at about £1 each because i received 8 ribs all very small and 3 of which i could not eat as they were just fat. Quality control would of ensured i did not receive 3 lumps of fatty bones. I really hope this business can get its act together. Wesley, SE9

When i was in America. I used to get a text saying my pizza was 2 minutes away. I also used to get a text from the Take away restaurant thanking me and offering me a $2 discount if i order on the same night the next week. I think in terms of offering value for money. It would be better if each take away could stand alone. As most do the same products.
Also if the meal is going to be £14.36 You should equip the driver with the change that he would need to speed things up. Not having change is actually really rude if you don't feel a tip is due or you want to leave a lesser Tip. On this occasion i would say the meal was 4/5 The Profiteroles tasted like they had freezer burn. And didn't go down well with the birthday girl. The Jalepenos on the pizza tasted more pickled than hot. This is a sign that someone leaves the cap off the product. Driver was friendly. Hope the local business survives the recession. It will have to do better though if it wants to charge prices so high for what is essentially cheese on bread with additional toppings. Wesley, SE9

Pizzas were delivered just before the deadline (waited over an hour for the delivery). The food was only warm.
