I am very pleased with yum sing today :). After i placed my order my wife called me saying that she would like to have roast duck as well so I called yum sing to see if I could add it to my order, unfortenatly my order was already on it's way :(. But they promptly offered to deliver the roast duck at cost, no extra charge :), This is excelent service and they fully deserve my review of excelent in level of service.

We ordered food for two. I would have given it 5* but one of the vegetarian soups came with chicken! Other than that great, tasty food in 30 minutes.

For once I have very little good to say about our Yum Sing takeaway that we ordered through hungryhouse; is there a new chef? If so, hunt your old cook down and drag him back. If he is there, let us talk to him because he is clearly not himself.

The food was really awful; beef and mushrooms- it was poorly seasoned, badly cooked, the beef was solid, even the cats left it. S+S Hong Kong pork and S+S HK chicken, difficult to tell the difference between them, just hard chewy meat, thank heavens there wasn't a lot of it. Prawn crackers-usually a smile puller even the following morning, were depressing. The worst dish of all was crispy fried beef, this chef must have a relative who is a dentist and needs clients. This dish was inedible.
A scathing review? Only because this restaurant has received overwhelming praise many times from me in the past, and I am puzzled at the collapse.

Food came within half an hour and was hot. Very tasty. Very good. No complaints!

My food was delivered within 20 minutes and everything was amazing! The Laksa was my favourite.

Chinese delivery services are often famous for congealed sauces, rubbery spring rolls, (that bear no relation to Spring!), stale prawn crackers, and who could forget, 'the old order mix-up scenario'! Yum Sing however, I am pleased to say, put my Chinese delivery fears to rest with its delicious food, punctual service, and oh yes...THE CORRECT ORDER!! For those of an experienced Chinese (food) palate, or for those looking for a quick and tasty feast, I strongly recommend Yum Sing; they even have your reaction and form of praise in their name!

Everything was amazing! Yum Sing is by far the best restaurant that I have used on hungryhouse.co.uk yet!!

Speedy delivery and the dishes were tasty, exceeding our expectations. Loved all 4 dishes we ordered (1/4 duck, Malaysian ho fun, chinese mushroom and bamboo shoot stir fry, and kung po chicken). Would be great if there were more pancakes. Thanks for a lovely takeaway experience!

We are vegetarians and REALLY liked the level of choice on the menu. The "vegetarian crispy duck" (starter) was simply excellent. The "sweet and sour tofu hong kong style" was good, although a little too sweet and not sour enough for my preference. Our food arrived (W2) hot around an hour after we ordered, which was very impressive. This was our first time using hungryhouse and Yum Sing and I have been extremely impressed.
