Mixed bag tonite Zilu - mock szechuan chicken was one of the most awful things I have ever tasted, whilst Mock Shredded Crispy Duck as excellent as always. Crispy Peppercorn salt Beancurd also yummy.
Disappointed that despite the option of adding a request, neither was adhered to - egg fried rice came with egg despite the request it be fried eggless, and the doorbell was rung repeatedly by the delivery guy despite the request to knock instead. Nonetheless, we will use Zilu again. Generally very good, just a bit of an off night tonight perhaps. Andrew, NW7

Took an hour and a half to come, and when it did it wasn't hot. The place is 5 mins away, so not sure what happened. I had to call the place several times and was told "5 minutes everytime", which wasn't true... It was still another 30 mins from the first "5 mins"...! The free prawn crackers you get normally didn't come with the food either. The soup however was nice.

I got home stupidly late from work, hungry and tired. Zilu brought really tasty food and some wine; food was hot and tasty, well priced, great service, fast and friendly. Will definitely order from them again :-)

Arrived in pretty good time, food still hot. Deep fried broccoli in peppercorn salt highly recommended - absolutely delicious! Veggie rice also v yummy!
Veggie spring rolls not so great, pastry too thick and strange aftertaste. Sewaweed and noodles all enjoyable. Andrew, NW7
