All the food was cold on arrival had to reheat it all, the delivery driver was very rude. The curry tasted like it was brought from supermarket and stuck in a microwave. Food was rediculously over priced paid 18pound for what was esscentially a 3poind microwave meal would not recommend to anyone avoid like the plauge.

Delivered late and cold. Spoke to restaurant when promised delivery time was past and was not at all happy with the response that they were a bit busy.
Over two hours from order to delivery, poor customer service from the restaurant. Non existent response from your website or online support agents. All together I am seriously dissatisfied.

We placed the order and waited for an hour for delivery. I had to phone the restaurant and eventually was put through to the manager. When I expalined the situation his response was "if you are not happy you can use the Massala Club".
In the end we went to the Restaurant to collect our food which had just been sent to be delivered.
The food was cold, and we received no apology.
I thought the whole point of providing a telephone number is that the restaurant can call customers if there is a problem not to leave them waiting for cold food to be delivered.
NEVER use this service or this restaurant again - they don't care for customers or have any idea about customer service.
I will not use HungryHouse services either as this was my first and last trial o f the service.
