If your order has not arrived after the confirmation time stated on the email, you should get in touch with the restaurant for an update. If, for any reason, they are unable to help you then please contact our hungryhouse customer care team at https://hungryhouse.co.uk/contact/ Our team will liaise with the restaurant on your behalf to try and get your order to you as quickly as possible.
On the rare occasion that your order did not turn up please contact our customer care team at https://hungryhouse.co.uk/contact. Our customer care team will be able to liaise with the restaurant and provide you with a refund if your order was paid online
