I didn't enjoy my food, is there anything I can do?

We understand it is disappointing to receive a meal you didn't enjoy. If this is the case you should definitely leave a review about your experience and let the restaurant and other users know.

I received an incorrect order

If you have received some incorrect items then you should contact the restaurant and explain what has happened. In the majority of cases the restaurants are more than happy to send out the correct items to you. You can also leave a review about your experience. My order is late, what should I do?

If your order has not arrived after the confirmation time stated on the email, you should get in touch with the restaurant for an update. If, for  any reason, they are unable to help you then please contact our hungryhouse customer care team at Our team will liaise with the restaurant on your behalf to try and get your order to you as quickly as possible.

My food never arrived

On the rare occasion that your order did not turn up please contact our customer care team at Our customer care team will be able to liaise with the restaurant and provide you with a refund if your order was paid online.

Please note that a refund may take up to 3 working days to appear in your bank account.
