Has my order been accepted?

The restaurant say they haven't received my order

If you've placed a pre-order, we'll hang onto it and send it to the restaurant around 45 minutes before your specified delivery time which will show as "submitted" in your order history.

Has my order been accepted?

If the restaurant is not responding to the incoming order, it may appear as 'sending' on your app or browser while we are making attempts to reach them.

Once your order has been received by hungryhouse, we send you an order pending email. When the restaurant accept your order, you'll receive an order confirmation SMS or push notification with the ETA.

If for any reason we can't reach the restaurant, or the order cannot be accepted, we'll inform you right away and let you know the next steps.

The estimated order time has changed

If the restaurant is busier than expected, they may add some time onto the initially quoted ETA. It is important to remember that even pre-order times are subject to change, depending on how busy the restaurant is.
