How can I change my address or contact details?

To change your details you must be logged into your account. Under the "Locations" tab you can add new locations and remove existing addresses. If you wish to change your mobile number or personal details this can be done under the "My details" tab of the Profile section.

Please note that email address you registered with cannot be changed. You will need to create a new account if you want to change the email address.

What is an effective password?

An effective password is one that is easy for you to remember, but hard for others to guess.

Most of us choose a simple word that is easy to remember. Although this is common practice, it should be avoided. Hackers can guess these passwords if they know some basic personal information about us, or are armed with the most simplistic password hacking programs.

A good password is any combination of letters and numbers that cannot be found in a dictionary. Your password should be at least 6 to 8 characters long and should not have any personal information such as your name, occupation, telephone number, address or birth date. A combination of letters, numbers and symbols will work best. Make sure you use a mix of capital and lower-case letters to make your password even more difficult to crack.

What is my hungryhouse user name?

Your user name is your email address. If your email address is not recognised but you have used our service before, you may have ordered as a guest. In this case you should click the button at the bottom of the log in screen called "Not a member? Create account".

What if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, and you know the email address you registered with, you can request a new password on this page: Reset password. You will receive a link by email to set a new password. The link is valid for 6 hours, if you attempt to login outside of this period please request a new password by repeating the above steps.

How do I change my password?

As a member, you can manage your password from My Profile. Click the link "Change password" and follow the required steps.

How do I cancel my account?

Should you wish to permanently cancel your hungryhouse account, you can do so on this page (note you must be signed in first).

If you change your mind and want to reactivate your account please contact our customer care team on 08006123333 within 48 hours to reverse this. Outside this time frame a reversal is not possible. Should you wish to join us again simply create a new account.
