Some payment issues mean that the transaction hasn't passed our security checks or those of your payment provider. In these cases it is best to first check with your bank, card provider or PayPal to make sure they are not rejecting the payment.
If in doubt, we'd advise you to contact a member of the hungryhouse team before trying again in order to avoid the potential risk of a double-charge or duplicate order. We will check whether an order or payment has come through, or if a payment has been rejected or cancelled.
