What's the refund process?

Online paid orders made from your hungryhouse member account will initially be refunded back to you as account credit, you can then use that account balance to re-order elsewhere.

For online paid orders made through guest accounts, a link will be sent to you via email whereby you can upgrade your account to use the funds on a re-order.

If you choose not to re-order, the funds will leave hungryhouse at 5 am.

Processing times vary depending on your provider. Please allow up to 3 working days for credit cards, and up to 5 working days for ApplePay and AndroidPay. PayPal is usually credited in a matter of hours.

In the case of cash refunds, these will be provided by the restaurant directly.
