I order from Hana a lot, its always good quality, but the service is so slow I waited nearly 2 hours for some sushi! Not really good enough, I know its made fresh, but it was an order for 1 person not 20!

I was very unsatisfied with the serivce. The amount of my order is 19.10 pounds. I gave the deliverman 20 pounds but he said that he did not have change. I think he should prepare the change.

Very slow to bring the order. The food was nice but said for 3-4 people and we just had enough for me and my girlfriend ... so quite expensive but good food

My order was over 20 minutes late, and when I called to confirm the status of my order I was told to wait while I overheard the manager yelling at her staff. When she finally came back to the phone (3 minutes later), she was rude and unapologetic about the situation. When the food finally arrived, it was poor quality. I will never eat here again

Lovely sushi as always, although scallops could have been fresher. Loved the salmon avocado and spicy tuna. Delivery time was very long though.

Superb! Two nights in a row - it was that good. Chicken katsu curry was to die for! Very fast delivery - even though it was a Friday night - super cheerful staff.

I'd have to admit, having read the reviews I was in two minds - slow service etc. BUT my meal was excellent - superb quality, a very reasonable amount of food for the price and despite the horror stories my meal arrived within the hour (well ahead of the designated time) with a friendly driver. I'm pretty particular about my sushi, and would highly recommend.

I booked my food at 9:30pm it said within the hour, then I was sent an updated time of 23:50. Food arrived at 23:30. I could have called them direct, not paid a surcharge and if they had told me it would have been that late I would have cancelled. Ill never use your service again I'm afraid. Not your fault but a two hour wait for local food (they are 2 miles down the rd) is outrageous I'm afraid.

The food was good as always, but the rating has been given for the delivery. The driver had no change, he was meant to come back later that day with my change and never did.....disgraceful. will never order again.

The sushi from Hana is very good quality, the only thing that let my order down was the fact there was wasabi in my nigiri even thought I had specified politely that I didn't want any wasabi at all in my order when I placed it. When it arrived I spent 5 minutes picking it out. Again, the sushi is great quality so this is the only thing letting them down.
